Kat Crozier is a mom of three, a lifelong Idahoan, and a marketing professional with a personal commitment to mental health advocacy. With a career spent leading brand and strategy efforts in the food and beverage industry, she now brings that energy to The Speedy Foundation. A graduate of the University of Idaho with degrees in marketing and finance, she went on to earn her MBA from Boise State University. She has watched mental health awareness and resources expand across the state, but knows there is still critical work to be done. As a mother, she is especially motivated to help build a future where communities prioritize emotional well-being, openness, and support.

When she’s not working or volunteering, you’ll likely find her in the mountains with her family, gathering with friends, or trying to convince her husband that their house definitely has room for one more puppy.
