Chelsea Steinbach

Member at Large - Park City, UT

Chelsea Steinbach worked for U.S. Ski & Snowboard for 10 years where she managed the Women’s Alpine Team, navigating team logistics for Olympic, World Cup, and Development athletes. In 2017, she began work as a grant write at Peace House, a domestic violence shelter in Park City, securing over $2 million in federal funding. Chelsea is currently the Director of Operations at RMC, a destination management company based in Park City, UT, providing luxury experiences for corporate groups.

Chelsea still finds time to give back to the community. She joined the board at The Speedy Foundation in 2025, is a past board member of the Park City Chamber of Commerce, the Utah Chapter of Women in Sports & Events (WISE), and is an Alumni of Leadership Park City – a program to identify and develop local community leaders.

Outside of work and volunteering, Chelsea enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and hiking with her Golden Retriever, Hildi.
