She will provide perspective following the screening.  Fatima is the author of Authentic Strengths: Positive Psychology Coaching and producer of the global training workshops based on the book.  She has a gift for helping people shift their perspective and leverage their strengths.

What is the Paper Tigers Documentary? 
Paper Tigers takes a look at the lives of six students at Lincoln Alternative High School in Walla, Walla, WA. The documentary follows students over the course of a school year, as the staff implement a new approach to discipline, one based on understanding and treatment rather than judgement and suspension. Paper Tigers is the story of how one school was able to make a dramatic change and how just one caring adult can help break the cycle of adversity in a young person's life.
