Resilience: is a one-hour documentary that delves into the science of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and the birth of a new movement to treat and prevent toxic stress.

Professional Education Conference – 9:00 am

The conference will kick off with the film screening hosted by director James Redford. Workgroup sessions will follow throughout the day to discuss breaking the cycle of adversity and responding as a trauma informed community and will run approximately 6 hours.

Community Education Event – 6:00 pm

Film screening accompanied by a panel discussion with special guests and public question and answer.

When: Saturday, May 13, 2017

Where: Boise State University, Special Events Center

Who: Parents, educators, counselors, law enforcement, mental and behavioral health care professionals, etc.
